Paris - Aachen uses Eurostar's continental luggage rules, which differ from the London route. Keep bags labelled and carry only what you can load and move yourself.

Luggage Allowance

On continental Eurostar services, bring up to two bags measuring no more than 75 x 53 x 30 cm each, plus one small hand bag. There is no fixed weight allowance, but you must be able to carry and stow everything yourself.

Storage Facilities

Eurostar continental trainsets have luggage racks near carriage entrances and overhead shelves for smaller items. Keep aisles and doors clear, and allow time to retrieve bags before the Aachen stop.

HSL 3 continues east through the Soumagne tunnel toward the German border and Aachen Hauptbahnhof.
