Practical Information for TGV INOUI and Frecciarossa Travelers

Turin - Paris luggage rules depend on the operator, not simply the route. Choose bags you can lift and carry yourself, and label them before boarding.

Luggage Allowance

TGV INOUI permits two labelled bags up to 70 x 90 x 50 cm each and one hand item up to 40 x 30 x 15 cm. There is no fixed weight limit, but you must handle your bags yourself. Frecciarossa has its own international luggage conditions; check those for your selected class rather than applying TGV limits.

Storage Facilities

TGV INOUI and Frecciarossa 1000 have overhead shelves and larger luggage racks near carriage entrances. Space is shared rather than allocated to each reserved seat. Keep the aisles and doors clear throughout the Alpine crossing.

Special Items

Do not assume a fully assembled bicycle is accepted on Turin - Paris international trains. Folded or dismantled bicycles need suitable covers, and limits differ between TGV INOUI and Frecciarossa.
