Inbound trains reach Yangpyeong mainly at Yangpyeong Station, with some regional services also stopping at Yongmun, Yangsu, and Guksu. Korail services from Cheongnyangni in Seoul arrive in around 30 to 40 minutes on KTX-Eum and longer on regional trains. Trains from Wonju reach Yangpyeong in about 35 to 50 minutes, depending on the service. Services from Jecheon arrive in roughly 1h20m to 1h40m. Yangpyeong is a key rail stop east of Seoul on the Jungang Line, linking the Seoul metropolitan rail network with inland routes toward Gangwon and North Gyeongsang provinces. The county has several passenger stations, with Yangpyeong Station and Yongmun Station serving as the main stops. Korail operates the intercity and regional rail services used for trains from Yangpyeong and trains to Yangpyeong. Services from Yangpyeong include KTX-Eum high-speed intercity trains on selected Jungang Line departures, ITX-Saemaeul and Mugunghwa intercity trains, and regional rail services linking local stations along the Han River corridor. Yangpyeong Station is the main train station for long-distance departures, while Yongmun Station serves the eastern side of the county and local Jungang Line travel.
