Yangpyeong is a key rail stop east of Seoul on the Jungang Line, linking the Seoul metropolitan rail network with inland routes toward Gangwon and North Gyeongsang provinces. The county has several passenger stations, with Yangpyeong Station and Yongmun Station serving as the main stops. Korail operates the intercity and regional rail services used for trains from Yangpyeong and trains to Yangpyeong.
