It depends on the route, the supplier, and how far in advance you're booking.
Here’s how it works:
▪️ If your travel date is within the next 28 days:
Your ticket will usually be issued instantly — more than 95% of tickets are delivered within a few seconds or minutes. You’ll receive it by email and see it under “My Account.”
▪️ If your travel date is more than 28 days away:
Some countries do not allow early ticket issuance. In that case, your order is confirmed now, but your ticket will be issued automatically 28 days before departure (or as soon as it becomes available). You don’t need to do anything — we monitor it and send it the moment it’s released.
We call this Advanced Reservation — and it’s common for countries like Japan, China (14 days), Austria, and others.
If your ticket is in this mode, your status will show as:
“Confirmed / Pending Ticket” — this is normal and means it’s queued for issuance. As well you will see in «My Account» the date when to expect your tickets.

💡 Important delivery notes:
- Japan: Ticket systems are paused between 23:30–05:30 local time every day. If you book during this window, your ticket will be delivered after 05:30.
- Korea: Some delays may occur due to system maintenance or demand spikes. Your ticket will still be delivered automatically once confirmed.
If a ticket can’t be issued for any reason, our team will contact you directly. If no alternative is accepted, we refund 100% — including the service fee.
