ITX-Saemaeul services from Seoul Station arrive in around 2h40m to 3h, while trains from Daejeon reach Gumi in about 1h20m. Southbound conventional trains from Busan arrive in roughly 1h50m to 2h20m, depending on service pattern. Regional and intercity trains from Dongdaegu reach Gumi in around 35m to 45m, and trains from Daegu arrive in about 45m to 55m. From nearby Gimcheon, trains reach Gumi in around 15m. High-speed KTX and SRT services arrive at Gimcheon-Gumi Station, not central Gumi Station, with onward transfer needed for central Gumi.
