2024年12月に運行を開始した日中の直通ICEは、フランスとドイツの首都を乗り換えなしで結びます。ストラスブール付近でライン川を渡り、両国の高速線を走ります。ドイツ国内の多くのICEとは異なり、国際ICE区間では座席予約が必須です。直通列車はフランクフルト中央駅ではなくFrankfurt (Main) Südに停車するため、駅名を確認してください。

直通ICEの二等車は2+2配列、一等車は2+1配列です。どちらも電源とWi-Fiを備え、一等車は座席幅とスペースが広くなります。早期割引や変更条件の柔軟な運賃は、車両クラスではなく乗車券の条件です。乗換便で利用するTGV INOUIにも一等車と二等車がありますが、設備は各区間の列車により異なります。

ICE利用者向け実用情報

パリ - ベルリンICEでは荷物を客室内に持ち込み、受託手荷物室は利用しません。TGV INOUIを含む旅程では、その列車独自の手荷物制限も確認してください。

手荷物許容量

直通ICEでは手荷物に加え、自分で持ち上げて収納できる大きめの荷物1個を持ち込めます。DBは通常のICE手荷物に一律の重量・寸法上限を設けていません。70 x 50 x 30 cmは荷物棚に収まる目安で、必須の最大寸法ではありません。

荷物の収納場所

ICE 3には座席上の棚と客室内の荷物ラックがあります。これらや座席下のスペースを使い、パリ - ベルリン間の乗車中は通路、ドア、車いすスペースを塞がないでください。

特殊な荷物

パリ - ベルリンの直通ICE 3には、組み立てた自転車用の予約スペースがありません。折りたたみ自転車は安全に収納できれば手荷物として持ち込めます。楽器やスポーツ用品も通行を妨げないように収納し、乗換便では各列車の規定を確認してください。

ユーレイルやインターレイルパスはパリ - ベルリンで使えますか？

フランスとドイツの両国で有効なパスはこの路線を対象にできますが、仏独間の国際ICEでは有料の座席予約が必須です。TGV INOUI区間も予約が必要で、パス利用者向けの空席が限られる場合があります。フランスのみ有効なパスはドイツ区間をカバーしません。Rail Monstersはこの路線の個別乗車券を販売しています。
