You can’t change the date or time directly — as a general rule - you can cancel your ticket and book a new one.
Here’s how it works:
• If your ticket is refundable or changeable, go to My Account → Cancellations & Modifications
• Our system will show whether cancellation is allowed and calculate any applicable fees in real time
• If you accept the refund conditions, you can cancel the ticket and rebook a new one instantly
We do not manually change departure times, classes, or dates. All modifications must go through the cancellation + rebooking flow — as per the policy of the rail supplier.
⚠️ Important: Cancellations are not allowed within 24 hours of departure.
