Sleeper Plus includes meals in the dining car; Economy meals are purchased separately. Prestige is the train's highest accommodation category, with a larger private cabin and shower, but segment restrictions and availability may prevent booking it between Vancouver and Edmonton. The Canadian has no Business class; only accommodation returned for your selected journey should be treated as bookable.
