Practical Information for TGV INOUI and Frecciarossa Travelers

Paris - Turin luggage rules depend on whether you take TGV INOUI or Frecciarossa. Carry and stow your own bags, and keep aisles and exits clear.

Luggage Allowance

TGV INOUI permits two large bags up to 90 x 70 x 50 cm each and one small bag up to 40 x 30 x 15 cm. No fixed weight limit applies, but you must be able to carry everything yourself. Frecciarossa uses its own carriage and safe-stowage conditions; do not apply the TGV allowance to that ticket.

Storage Facilities

TGV INOUI and Frecciarossa have overhead racks and shared spaces for larger suitcases near carriage ends. Keep small valuables with you and label bags; a seat reservation does not reserve a luggage-rack space.

Special Items

Do not assume an assembled bicycle is accepted on Paris - Turin trains. Check the chosen operator's requirements for folded or dismantled bicycles in covers, skis and musical instruments before booking; special-item rules differ from ordinary suitcase allowances.
