Typical journey times are about 2 hours 45 minutes to 3 hours 15 minutes, depending on stops such as Nanjing South and Xuzhou East. Seating options usually include Second Class, First Class, and Business Class. Some slower D-series high-speed services may also appear on this route, running at 200–250 km/h (124–155 mph) with more intermediate stops, leading to longer travel times of around 3 hours 30 minutes to 4 hours. Both train types offer reserved seating, air conditioning, and power outlets; select Fuxing trains add Business Class with wider seats and a quieter cabin. For the quickest trip, choose a G-series train with fewer stops via Nanjing South and Xuzhou East.
