Can I book train tickets using the Rail Monsters app?

Yes — you can search, book, pay, and access tickets directly from the Rail Monsters app.

The app is available on:

• iOS (App Store) → Rail Monsters for iOS

• Android (Google Play) → Rail Monsters for Android

• Huawei App Gallery → Rail Monsters for Huawei

• MI Store (Xiaomi devices) → Rail Monsters for MI

It includes the full booking experience, including:

• Searching by city or station

• Sorting by price, duration, or class

• Adding multiple routes to your cart

• Paying securely via card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more

Tickets are delivered in real time and stored in the app under “My Tickets.”

Is the app different from the website?

The app offers the same booking features as the website — with a few added benefits:

• Push notifications for trip updates

• Faster login via stored device credentials

• Saved traveler details for quicker checkout

• Easy access to tickets offline (PDF + mobile QR for selected countries)

• Tap-to-rebook or cancel directly from previous orders

Everything is synced — if you book on the website, the ticket will appear in your app automatically (and vice versa).

How do I log into the app?

Just like on the website, the Rail Monsters app uses a secure, password-free login.

Steps:

1. Open the app and tap “Login”

2. Enter the email or phone number used during booking

3. You’ll receive a one-time passcode (OTP)

4. Enter the code — and that’s it

Your account will open with all current and past tickets, saved info, and upcoming journeys.

Will my tickets show up in the app if I booked on the website?

Yes — your account is fully synced across all platforms.

As long as you use the same email or phone number, any tickets booked on the website will appear in the app automatically. You’ll also receive push notifications for ticket delivery, changes, or refund updates if notifications are enabled.
