You’ll receive:

• A confirmation email

• Instant access to “My Account” using a one-time code (OTP) sent to your email or phone

No passwords, no activation steps — your account is created and ready when your first booking is confirmed.

How do I access my account if I didn’t set a password?

Rail Monsters uses a secure, password-free login system.

To access your account:

1. Go to https://railmonsters.com/my-tickets

2. Enter the email or phone number you used during booking

3. We’ll send you a one-time code (OTP)

4. Enter the code and view all your tickets instantly

You can also log in the same way from the mobile app.

What are the benefits of using my account after booking?

Your Rail Monsters account lets you:

• View and download all your tickets

• Cancel or modify eligible bookings

• Track refund status in real time

• Book faster using saved passenger info

Whether you book a train in Japan, Saudi Arabia, or France, all your tickets, passenger info, and preferences are saved in the same account and accessible across web and mobile. There’s no need to register separately for each country or region.

What if I used the wrong email or phone number during booking?

If you entered the wrong contact info at checkout, your ticket and account may not be accessible.

In that case:

2. Include the booking details you have (e.g. name, route, time)

3. We’ll verify the order and update your email or phone number
