Can I change passenger details after booking?

Only before the ticket is issued, and only if allowed by the rail supplier.

If your order is still in ā€œConfirmed / Pending Ticketā€ or ā€œAdvanced Reservationā€ mode:

• You can email us at [email protected] to request corrections

• If the ticket hasn’t been issued yet, and the supplier allows edits, we’ll update the passenger info for you

• This may include fixing typos in the name, passport number, date of birth, or nationality

Once the ticket is issued, passenger details cannot be modified under any circumstances — even if the train hasn't departed yet.

What if I entered the wrong passport number or nationality?

If your ticket has not been issued yet — contact us immediately at [email protected]. We can often correct these fields before the ticket is locked.

If your ticket has already been issued:

• The passport number and nationality are already registered with the rail supplier

• Most systems do not allow reissuance or editing

• You may need to cancel the booking (if eligible) and place a new order with the correct info

Can I change the name on a ticket to a different person?

No — name changes to a different person are not permitted.

Even if the ticket is unissued, we cannot replace one passenger with another unless the rail supplier allows it (which is extremely rare). In most cases:

• The name is part of the identity of the booking

• Rail suppliers treat each ticket as unique and non-transferable

• You would need to cancel and rebook with the correct passenger name

Can I fix a typo if I’m booking multiple passengers?

Yes — if the tickets haven’t been issued yet, and you're correcting a typo (not replacing a passenger), we can help.

Just email [email protected] with:

• The booking reference

• The incorrect name(s)

• The corrected version(s)

We’ll verify and apply the fix if still eligible. Once tickets are issued, no changes are allowed — even for typos.
