Can I modify my booking after it's confirmed?

1. Go to My Account → Cancellations & Modifications

2. Check refund conditions and confirm cancellation

3. Rebook the new trip with updated details (date, time, class, etc.)

This method ensures accuracy and reflects the structure of most rail supplier systems, which do not allow partial edits after a ticket has been confirmed.

Why does Rail Monsters use cancel and rebook instead of direct changes?

Because nearly all rail suppliers treat each ticket as a fixed product once issued — with a unique code, pricing logic, and seat reservation.

• You can’t change a single field (e.g., time or name) without reissuing the entire ticket

• Modifying just one detail requires cancelling the original and placing a new order
