Do I need to create an account before booking?

No — your account is created automatically the moment you complete a booking.

You don’t need to register in advance or set a password. Just enter your email or phone number at checkout, and we’ll create your account behind the scenes so your tickets are stored and accessible later.

What does my account include?

Your Rail Monsters account includes:

• All your current and past bookings

• Ticket delivery status

• Downloadable ticket files (PDFs, QR codes, etc.)

• Options to cancel or request modifications

• Saved passenger info and preferences

• Secure data for rebooking faster next time

Can I edit my account details?

You can update your contact information (email or phone number) by contacting our support team. For security reasons, we don’t allow manual editing of sensitive data through the account interface.

To update your info, send a message to [email protected] with:

• Your booking reference or name

• The old and new email or phone number

We’ll update it and confirm once your account is corrected.

Can I use one account for multiple bookings in different countries?

Yes — your account works globally.

No matter which country you book tickets for (Japan, Saudi Arabia, Korea, Portugal, etc.), all bookings will be stored in the same account under your email or phone number. You’ll never need separate logins by country.

Do I need to set a password for my account?

No — Rail Monsters uses secure one-time passcodes (OTP) for login. You’ll never need to create or remember a password.

Each time you want to access your account, just enter your email or phone number and we’ll send a login code.

What’s the benefit of using my account instead of booking as a guest?

Using your account gives you full access to features that aren't available for guest checkouts.

With a Rail Monsters account, you can:

• View the full history of all your past bookings

• Rebook quickly without re-entering passenger details

• Choose saved passengers and reuse your preferred travel settings

• Cancel or request modifications directly from your account (if allowed by the ticket)

• Track refund status in real time

• Manage multiple trips in one place — across all countries

Can I use my account to cancel or modify a ticket?

Yes — all cancellation and modification requests are handled directly inside your account.

Just log in to:

1. Go to “My Tickets”

2. Click on the trip you want to change or cancel and go to Modifications and Cancellations tab

3. See refund eligibility and fees instantly

4. Proceed only if you accept the conditions

The system processes the request automatically — no need to email support.

Can I buy extra services from my account?

Yes — depending on your destination, we may offer additional services in your account after booking.

These may include:

• eSIMs for mobile internet

• Local travel experiences

• Recommendations tailored to your route or station

• Travel tips and access guides

You’ll see these options directly in your account — no need to search elsewhere.

Can I see live train data from my account?

Yes — on selected routes, your account shows real-time travel information once your ticket is issued.

This may include:

• Live platform number

• Train speed during the journey

• Delay alerts and train status

• Estimated arrival times
