How can I change the email address linked to my account?

To change your email address, just contact us at [email protected] and include the following:

• Your full name and booking reference

• The old email address used (even if it had a typo)

• The new email you want to use going forward

Our support team will verify the request and update your account manually. You’ll receive a confirmation once it’s done — and all future bookings will be linked to the new email.

I made a typo in my email during booking. What do I do?

No problem — this is common and easily fixed.

If you didn’t receive a confirmation email and suspect a typo:

• Contact us at [email protected]

• Include your name, route, booking time, and any payment screenshot

• We’ll locate your order in our system using internal logs

• Once confirmed, we’ll update your contact details and resend your ticket

You’ll then be able to access the order through your correct email or phone number.

Will I lose my past bookings if I change my email or phone?

No — we’ll transfer all your past bookings to the new email or phone number.

All your history, tickets, and saved passenger details will remain linked to your account after the update. You won’t lose anything.
