I’m not receiving the login code — what should I do?

If you're not receiving your one-time passcode (OTP), try the following:

Double-check the email or phone number you entered — it must match the one used during booking

Wait 1–2 minutes — sometimes there’s a slight delay in delivery

Check your spam or junk folder (for email logins)

Request a new code and make sure to use the latest one — older codes expire quickly

Avoid switching between devices while waiting for the code

I get an error when trying to log in. What’s going wrong?

Most login errors are caused by:

• Using a code that expired (codes are short-lived for security reasons)
