• Each login code is valid only once and expires quickly

Yes — your Rail Monsters account works across all devices (web, iOS, Android, etc.).

As long as you enter the same email or phone number used when booking, we’ll send you a fresh OTP code for that session. It’s designed to be fast and portable.

First, wait up to 2 minutes — some emails or SMS codes may be delayed. Then:

• Check your spam or junk folder (for email logins)

• Make sure you entered the same contact details used when booking

• Try requesting the code again

Yes — OTP login is more secure than traditional passwords.

Each code is:

• Randomly generated

• Valid only once

• Time-limited (it expires after a short window)
