Where can I find my past bookings?

You can view all of your past bookings by logging into your account on the Rail Monsters website or app.

Just go to https://railmonsters.com/my-tickets

→ Enter your email or phone number

→ Use the one-time code to log in

→ You’ll see all your tickets, organized by date and route — even if you booked months ago or from a different device.

What information is saved in my booking history?

Your booking history includes:

• Route, date, time, and ticket class

• Passenger details (if you saved them)

• PDF ticket files and QR codes

• Ticket status (Issued, Cancelled, Refunded, etc.)

• Order ID and receipt info

• Refund tracking, if applicable

You can also rebook similar trips quickly using saved passenger info.

Do my bookings disappear after the trip is over?

No — your bookings remain available in your account even after the travel date has passed.

They’re archived for your reference, and you can:

• Re-download tickets

• Review travel history

• Access refund receipts

• Use past data for insurance or visa applications

There’s no expiry — as long as you have access to your email or phone number, you’ll always have access to your past orders.

Can I search or filter past bookings?

Yes — in the app and web account, you can filter your bookings by:

• Upcoming vs. past

• Route

• Travel date

• Order number

This makes it easier to find specific tickets, especially if you’ve made many bookings across different countries.
