Where can I see if a ticket is refundable before I pay?

You’ll see the refund policy displayed at two key moments before payment:

1. On the ticket selection page — next to each fare option click on conditions (e.g. Refundable, Non-refundable, Partially Refundable)

2. At checkout — with a full breakdown of cancellation and refund conditions

These conditions come directly from the rail suppliers and apply specifically to your route, class, and time.

What do “refundable,” “non-refundable,” and “partially refundable” mean?

Refundable — You can cancel for a full or partial refund, usually before a deadline (e.g. 24h before departure)

Non-refundable — You cannot cancel, change, or recover the amount paid once the booking is confirmed

Partially refundable — You can cancel, but a fixed fee or percentage is deducted from the total before refund

All conditions are shown during booking and again in “My Account” once the ticket is purchased.

Can I see refund rules after booking?

Yes — refund rules are always visible in your account:

1. Log into https://railmonsters.com/my-tickets

2. Open the ticket

3. Click “Cancel Ticket” to preview the exact refund you would receive

4. The system will show the amount before you confirm anything
