How do I access my tickets after booking?

After booking, your tickets are available in three places:

1. Email — we send a confirmation with your ticket as soon as it's issued

2. My Account on railmonsters.com

3. The Rail Monsters app (iOS, Android, Huawei, MI Store)

To log in, just use your email or phone number — we’ll send a secure one-time passcode (OTP). No passwords needed.

Once logged in, you’ll see all current and past bookings, their status, and ticket files.

Do I need to create an account to access my tickets?

No — an account is created for you automatically when you book.

You don’t need to set a password or verify anything in advance. After booking, you can:

• Go to https://railmonsters.com/my-tickets

• Enter your booking email or phone number

• Receive a one-time login code (OTP)

• Access all your tickets instantly

Can I access my tickets on the app too?

Yes — the Rail Monsters app gives you full access to all your tickets, across all countries and routes.

Once logged in using your email or phone number, you’ll see:

• Upcoming trips

• Past orders

• Ticket files (PDF, QR code, etc.)

• Booking status (e.g. Pending / Issued)

The app also sends push notifications when your ticket is issued or updated.

I booked multiple trips — where are my tickets?

All your tickets are grouped in one place — even if you booked several routes at once.

In “My Account” or the app, you’ll see:

• Each ticket listed by route and date

• Their individual issuance status

• The full order ID that ties them together

Tickets may be delivered at different times (based on route rules), but they all stay linked to your account.

What if I can’t log in to my account?

If you're having trouble logging in:

• Make sure you're entering the exact email or phone number used during booking

• Check your spam folder if the OTP email didn’t arrive

• Wait 1–2 minutes — some codes take a moment to appear
