I paid, but I didn’t get my ticket. What should I do?

First, don’t worry — this is usually easy to resolve.

Here’s what to check:

1. Check your email (including spam/junk folders)

The ticket email may have landed there.

2. Log into “My Account”

Visit https://railmonsters.com/my-tickets

Use your email or phone number to log in with a one-time code (OTP).

3. Check ticket status

If you see “Confirmed / Pending Ticket,” it means your order is confirmed, and the ticket will be issued automatically once the supplier opens it (common for bookings made more than 28 days ahead or during night-time system pauses).

Still nothing visible? → Go to question 2 below.

I didn’t receive anything and I think I typed the wrong email — what now?

This happens — and we can fix it.

Please email us at [email protected] and include:

• Passenger name(s)

• Route and travel date

• Approximate time of booking

• Screenshot of your payment or bank notification

We’ll locate your booking, verify it using internal logs, and update your email so you can access your ticket in “My Account.”

Why does my account say “Pending Ticket” even though I paid?

“Pending Ticket” means the booking is successful, but the ticket hasn’t been issued yet.

This is normal if:

• You booked more than 28 days before departure (Advanced Reservation)

• You booked during system blackout hours (e.g. Japan between 23:30–05:30 local time)

• The supplier hasn't yet confirmed ticket issuance due to system load

As soon as issuance is allowed, your ticket will appear automatically — no action needed.

Can you resend my ticket if I lost or deleted the email?

Yes. Just log into “My Account” or the Rail Monsters app using the email or phone number you used when booking.

You’ll find all your tickets there, even if the original email is missing or deleted.

If you used the wrong contact details or can’t log in, contact us at [email protected], and we’ll help recover your booking.

If you can’t find the answers you’re looking for, our support team is available to assist 24/7. Reach out to us for help with any topic not covered, whether it’s booking questions, route information, or other travel needs.
