If I book multiple tickets, will we be seated together?

Yes — when the train offers reserved seating, our system will always try to assign seats together automatically if:

• All passengers are booked in the same order

• The train has enough availability in one coach

• Seat selection is managed by Rail Monsters or our AI system

In cases where the rail supplier assigns seats (and we can’t control it), we still submit a group seating request, but it’s not always guaranteed — especially on last-minute bookings or sold-out departures.

What if I booked separately from my friends — can we still sit together?

If you booked in separate orders, we can’t guarantee adjacent seats, but you can contact our support at [email protected] as early as possible.

In some cases, we can:

• Check if adjacent seats are available

• Reassign or suggest alternative departures

• Help you rebook for better seating, if your fare allows

For groups, it’s always best to book all tickets in one order to ensure you're seated together.

What happens if my group gets split during booking?

If reserved seats are no longer available in the same coach or car, the system will still assign the best available seats — even if that means splitting the group.

If you're traveling with children, we’ll never place them alone. Our system ensures all underage passengers are seated with an adult.

In rare cases (especially during peak season), seats may be assigned in different rows or opposite sides of the aisle — but we’ll always show this before finalizing your order.

If you’re unhappy with your seat allocation, contact us right after booking. We’ll try to adjust it if allowed by the supplier.
